Got there my order was not called in but I know it was , so she told me to park and they would bring it out almost 30 minutes later I drove back around if I had not already have paid I would have left. Once she gave it to me was not what I even ordered, wasn’t good at all had been sitting 🤮I would not recommend them”

“Great food but the service is absolutely terrible. I placed a call in order at 6:40pm. They told me it would be about 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant, pay, and they have me pull over to the parking lot to wait for my food. An entire hour goes by before I get my food. I had to call and complain, as well as send my boyfriend inside to ask about the food because of the wait.”

“Super solid Japanese food. I got the steak & chicken and my wife got the shrimp & chicken. Before tip the cost was $13, which is awesome. They give you a big cup of shrimp sauce and good amount of carrots too. We got takeout so I can’t speak to the dine-in portions but I would assume they are the same. I can eat the whole meal and be pretty full. We tried calling our order in but nobody answered the phone. The wait was only a few minutes after I ordered in person.

They have sushi too which we didn’t try but I will sometime in the future.”

“Went at the beginning of the month for a birthday celebration server was a guy he was rude and the overall experience was just terrible. We maybe received 1 refill the whole time we were there. The food tasted burnt it was terrible the rice was hard and it was like they mixed in old rice with fresh rice they had recently made. This used to be one of my go to places but they have gone down hill.”

“4.5 stars but again with no partial star ratings available, I will just round up. Filet was cooked perfect medium-rare as I requested. Portion sizes are great for the price! Love the shrimp sauce.”

“Food is fantastic but the service is truly horrible. Drove 45 minutes to get here and then am told I’m inconveniently here 3 minutes past dine in time with my family of 5 so we then had to wait while they prepared our take out that of course couldn’t be warmly enjoyed because of the 45 minute drive home. Thanks for this incredible worth while experience.”

“If I could leave no stars I would. My husband and I waited for about 10 minutes to get waited on. People sat down behind us and were waited on immediately, received their drinks and food within a couple of minutes while we were still waiting on our drinks. When the food finally arrived it was literally burnt, dry and cold. We tried to eat it but it was absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t eat it. When we checked out we were asked how everything was and I told her it wasn’t edible and it was still on the plate at the table. She said I’m so sorry and took our money anyway. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.”
